PERSONALISED MOVEMENT/ MOBILITY

This practice has evolved from my regular classes and my experience as a qualified osteopath. Having experienced various injuries myself, I understand that no two people move in exactly the same way. This is not a choreographed class; instead, you will guide me in understanding what you need to work on as we both explore how you move with ease and where challenges arise.

Movements are slow and rhythmic, promoting circulation, vitality, and relief throughout your body. This method is ideal for anyone looking to better understand their body and incorporate this knowledge into their daily routine. It can help you perform basic daily chores that we often take for granted. By improving balance and asymmetrical coordination, this practice can also aid in injury prevention.

This approach encourages a whole-body connection and is especially beneficial for those already receiving osteopathic treatment, helping to maintain and enhance the benefits between sessions.
