ABOUT ME

Since childhood, I’ve moved in all directions when it comes to play and sport. I was fortunate growing up in an era where we climbed anything that was rooted to the ground and walked along high walls that would have made any parent cry. Movement is in our nature, and finding ways to explore our beings is vital for our mental and physical health. My journey as a yoga teacher began in 2006. I wanted to feel better in my own body and looked for ways to help myself become pain-free and independent of conventional medicine. Using my body and caring for it as authentically as possible with different forms of training, thought, and food led me to expand my knowledge into the therapeutics of Thai massage and, ultimately, to pursue a formal education in Osteopathic Medicine here in Stockholm, where I graduated as an Osteopath in 2016.

I am grateful to practise Osteopathy in Odenplan, Stockholm. My driving force is to help others feel their absolute best, empowering them to take charge of their own healing journey and to enable a pain-free existence as much as possible. Osteopathy, yoga, motor control exercises, mobilisation techniques, and any movement that inspires self-care are the platforms that enable me to help you achieve a healthier, happier, and freer life. I was once told that “your health is your pension!” and it stuck with me to this day, running as an undercurrent throughout my life.

My approach when treating is rooted in Osteopathic principles acknowledging that everyone has the greatest potential to improve their vitality, health, and well-being.  Each person I work with during treatment receives personalised care that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Beyond my professional roles, I strive to maintain a vibrant balance between work, play, and rest, reminding myself that this life is a gift and to practise gratitude daily and often for the simple things.
